I’m currently available for book club visits, panel discussions, appearances on various Bravo reality TV shows and much more.

I also offer assembly events and creative writing workshops for students in years 7-13 in the UK (in person or virtual), and of high school age in the US (virtual). Each event typically runs for an hour, and is comprised of:

 ·  A 45-minute interactive presentation or creative writing workshop

·  A 10-15 minute Q&A

There’s also the option to include a book signing and/or table at which to sell books.

During my presentations, I explore how authors find inspiration for their work, especially using their own lives and personal experiences to create extraordinary worlds across genres (but with a particular focus on magical realism, fantasy and sci fi). I also speak to the inspiration behind my own writing, as well as my own journey to becoming an author. At the end of the talk, students are encouraged to participate in a Q&A, where they’re welcome to ask questions about writing, my books and everything in between.
