PREVIEW ALERT: ALINDY on audiobook!

The audiobook version of ANNIE LEBLANC IS NOT DEAD YET is well and truly on its way! Actually, it’s done - but you get what I mean.

This whole audiobook process was quite possibly the most surreal experience I’ve had in all of publishing. It’s one thing to read your work in print, but quite another to hear it. Even the whole process of auditioning people to read the final script - I had to pause the recordings far too many times, just to quell my mortification over the fact that people were going to hear my work. OUT LOUD.

But now the audiobook version of ALINDY is done and it is so exciting. Audiobooks open up a whole new world of readers (listener-readers?) and it’s just nice to give the book another dimension.

What’s more is, you can now listen to a sneak preview of the audiobook version! Macmillan have very kindly posted it here (and I’ve embedded it below), so have a listen and let me know what you think! And while I think it would probably kill me to listen to the entire thing, I can still say with certainty that Georgina absolutely nailed it.
